Grandma Hoffman and Kerri went home yesterday. We really appreciated all the help they have been over the last few days.
JD was very well behaved last night. He was up every 2 hours for feeding and usually went right back to sleep. He would fuss a little but a few pushes of the cradle would quiet him down.
This morning JD had his eyes open for about 2 hours and is starting to look around.

J.D. Shows us why new parents look very very tired...
The night time hours seem to be JD's favorite time fuss and cry for what must only be the realization that he was to late to stop Obama. He kept Gina up all night and well me most of it. Even with Grandma Hoffman's help he just could not be comforted.
We are so very blessed to be tired and sleep deprived because of our son. I would not trade him away for the best night of sleep ever.

Baby comes home!
JD is now home from the hospital and doing very well. Grandma Hoffman and Aunt Kerri stayed with us to allow for some much needed sleep. The above photo is of JD's Great Grandma Jennings who was so happy to meet her new great grandchild.
I am amazed at the events of the last few days and very happy to meet my son.
